Stephany Smith is an International Best Selling 3X Author, Cognitive Coach, Pastor,
Inspirational Speaker, Entrepreneur, Educator, and Podcast Host. She received a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Shaw University, she
holds a certificate in Organizational Leadership and currently pursuing her M.S. in
Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology at North Central University.
She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and enjoys connecting and
building with other emerging leaders. Stephany is an educator and enjoys implementing
new strategies for learning and discovering the uniqueness of those she encounters.
Her passion for curriculum writing has inspired her to create new learning strategies for children with communicative disorders through coaching and mentoring programs.
Her passion and drive for learning and teaching have pushed her to launch her own
coaching and consulting business that provides services for non-profit organizations,
educational institutions, and faith-based communities. She has worked and served closely with
many great leaders in ministry and in education, which inspired a greater passion for
leadership and ministry. She has taught, trained, mentored, and supervised in the educational and administrative field for over 10 years. She has served in ministry for over 16 years and is committed to the call and assignment that has been placed upon her life.
 
Stephany is the Founder of B.A.S.I.C Enterprises, a ministry for youth, and women.
Throughout Stephany’s journey, the Lord gave her a vision that was designed to globally
impact her generation and ministry. This ministry started first within herself. Overcoming emotions, struggles, and fears that kept her in a neutral place. As God instructed her on the five attributes she struggled with and kept her from moving forward and embracing her uniqueness,  God wanted
her to go back to the BASICS and live solely for him and not man. Living authentically
and sold out for Christ. These attributes were needed to walk in her purpose and to walk
in His will. God gave her the acronym “B.A.S.I.C.” Bold, Authentic, Secure, Inspired,
Courageous”.
 
Stephany is the author of He Chose Me: Co-author of The Courage To Be
Free Anthology. Stephany is the host of the B.A.S.I.C. Podcast, a podcast that is designed
to empower women to be bold, authentic, secure, inspired, and courageous in their walk
with Christ and in all aspects of life. She has listeners from all over the world with over 2k
streams.
Stephany’s passion and love for God inspired her to move forward in her Yes to God and
has found joy in being chosen and set apart. She is confident in her calling and purpose
and desires to empower others to do the same.
Her testimony is that God renewed and restored her mind, and revived her soul A portion
of her assignment is to empower, Love, Speak Life and to Inspire others through this
ministry who struggle emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually from moving for-
ward in their God-given Purpose and for those who desire to know Jesus Christ.
